DEVELOPING STORY: At least 9 House Republicans voted in favor of a $1.7 trillion omnibus bill that provides hundreds of millions of dollars in funding for gender equity and equality, LGBT museums, and bee-friendly highways.

The House Republicans included Liz Cheney (R-WY), Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL), Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-WA), Rep. Chris Jacobs (R-NY), Rep. John Katko (R-NY), Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), Rep. Steve Womack (R-AR).
