After he whispered into First Lady Dr. Jill Biden’s ear, she directed him where to walk.
“You’ll go down this way,” Mrs. Biden is heard saying to the president.

Starnes added: “The president’s mental stability is an issue of national and international importance. Leaders from both parties should demand that Biden undergo a cognitive test.”
