A man who says he’s a woman was cleared of indecent exposure charges in Xenia, Ohio.
Rachel Glines was charged with three counts of public indecency.
He was accused of hanging out in the women’s locker room at the YMCA – buck naked. A number of ladies and little girls complained, but their objections were dismissed.
The YMCA of Greater Dayton says they were just following Ohio’s non-discrimination laws.
And the judge ruled that even though Mr. Glines was naked, his body fat actually covered up his private parts. Therefore, he was not guilty of exposing himself.

“The state argues that the court should subjectively determine the quality and nature of the coverage that prevents exposure of genitalia,” the filing reads. “The court declines to do so.”
Local church leaders and parents are appalled by the judge’s decision.

TheGreat Dayton LGBTQ Center delivered a warning to parents, pastors and others who raised concerns.
“I hope that people would think twice before bringing these types of charges because a lot of times it’s about the intent and I don’t think Rachel intended to do anything wrong,” executive director Rick Foynn told the television station.
That sounds like a threat to me.
The YMCA claims to uphold respect for all people – but clearly not all women – or young girls.
