Hello Americans. I’m Todd Starnes with news and commentary next.
The issues facing our nation as we move toward the mid-term elections are massive.
But it’s really not the economy or the attacks on civil liberties that I have concerns about.
It’s us – it’s who we’ve become. Complacent. Lazy. Afraid to speak our minds.
Many of our fellow citizens no longer feel comfortable sharing their conservative beliefs They’re afraid of offending the cancel culture mob.
Others would rather stay at home and get a check from the government instead of putting in a hard day’s work.
And there are many who are still cooped up inside their homes – wearing masks – terrified to live their lives because of an unseen virus.
We are slowly being conditioned to rely on the government for everything. And when that day comes that we are completely reliant – the other shoe will drop.
That’s the day the land of the free, the home of the brave becomes Venezuela.
