Hello Americans, I’m Todd Starnes. Stand by for news and commentary next.
Scott Smith became Public Enemy Number One when he was pulled out of a Virginia school board meeting by police.
He was called a bigot. And school board leaders used him as an example of out-of-control parents.
But now we know why he was so angry.
Mr. Smith says his daughter was assaulted in a bathroom by a boy who identifies as a girl. A transgender kid in a dress.
The accused student was moved to another school where he allegedly assaulted another girl.
Dozens of parents are demanding answers — accusing the superintendent of covering up the crimes.
Fearing it would undermine a sweeping transgender policy allowing boys who think they are girls to undress and shower in female locker rooms.
That’s why Mr. Smith was so enraged. It was righteous indignation.
Put yourself in his shoes – what would you do if a boy attacked your daughter in a school bathroom – and the school district turned a blind eye?
