Hello Americans, I’m Todd Starnes. Stand by for news and commentary next.

The San Francisco Board of Health ordered In-N-Out to shut down their restaurant on Fisherman’s Wharf. Government agents say workers at the hugely popular burger chain refused to check the vaccine papers of customers.

That’s against the law in San Francisco.

In response – the family-owned, Christian company released a statement defending their workers.

“After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every Customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any Customers without the proper documentation,” the company stated.

“Our store properly and clearly posted signage to communicate local vaccination requirements,” the company said. “We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government.”

“It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant Associates to segregate Customers into those who may be served and those who may not, whether based on the documentation they carry, or any other reason,” they said.

Under the rule of Democrats, San Francisco has been turned into a dystopian society. Gangs of thieves pillage and plunder stores. Dirty needles litter playgrounds. And the homeless leave piles of human waste on public sidewalks.

But according to the San Francisco Health Department – the biggest problem facing the city is a beloved burger joint that refuses to violate the Constitutional rights of its customers.
