Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) tested positive for COVID Sunday night, according to a statement from her office.
The New York congresswoman, who received her booster COVID shot in the fall, is reportedly recovering at home and experiencing symptoms.

National radio host and best-selling author Todd Starnes called out the progressive star after she was partying maskless at a Miami bar around New Year’s.
“How many people did @AOC infect while she was in Florida?” Starnes tweeted.
Ocasio-Cortez was spotted on Dec. 30th at a restaurant outdoors with her boyfriend in the Sunshine State while New York had a surge in COVID cases.
She responded to criticism by accusing Republicans of “projecting their sexual frustrations onto my boyfriend’s feet.”
“It’s starting to get old ignoring the very obvious, strange, and deranged sexual frustrations that underpin the Republican fixation on me, women,& LGBT+ people in general. These people clearly need therapy, won’t do it, and use politics as their outlet instead. It’s really weird,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
