“What’s going on in Florida is, as my mother would say, close to sinful. I mean it’s just terrible what they’re doing,” the Democrat president said, appearing to refer to a bill in the Sunshine State protecting children from transgender medical procedures.
“It’s not like, you know, a kid wakes up one morning and says, ‘You know, I decided I want to become a man or I want to become a woman,” Biden said.
“I mean, what are they thinking about here? They’re human beings, they love, they have feelings, that have inclinations that are. I mean, to me it is, I don’t know, it’s cruel. Biden also claimed he started supporting gay marriage in high school when he saw two well-dressed men” share a kiss outside an office building in Delaware.
To be clear, the president graduated high school in 1961.
