President-elect Joe Biden says his priorities to grow businesses will only be for some Americans, not all Americans.

“Our priority will be Black, Latino, Asian, and Native American owned small businesses, women-owned businesses, and finally having equal access to resources needed to reopen and rebuild,” the vice president said.

What about white men who own small businesses? Will they be left to fend for themselves?
