Biden Shakes Hands with Schumer, Then Forgets He Shook Hands with Schumer

Days after testing positive for COVID, President Biden coughed into his hand throughout his speech Tuesday at the White House before shaking hands with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

It appears Biden forgot he shook hands with Schumer as he held out his hand again for Schumer to shake it.

Then after his speech he shook hands with the crowd.
