President Biden responded to reporters Wednesday saying he supports Roe v. Wade as the “rational position” after the Supreme Court heard a case that could overturn the decision that legalized abortion in 1973.

During her press conference, White House press secretary Jen Psaki voiced that Biden supports codifying Roe into law:
