President Biden’s presidential agenda Sunday included tweeting back and forth with Big Bird.

Biden applauded the “Sesame Street” character for getting the COVID jab in his wing.

“I got the COVID-19 vaccine today!” tweeted Big Bird. “My wing is feeling a little sore, but it’ll give my body an extra protective boost that keeps me and others healthy.”

“Good on ya, Big Bird,” the president responded. “Getting vaccinated is the best way to keep your whole neighborhood safe.”

The tweets come as the administration is pushing children to get their vaccines after federal health officials gave the final approval to use the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for children ages 5-11.

Several others from the Sesame Street cast chimed in on social media to promote the vaccine, including Oscar the Grouch.

“Well this stinks. Apparently, the COVID-19 vaccines won’t make you feel grouchy at all! That’s what @KizzyPhD said at today’s town hall, anyway. You might get a sore arm and feel tired, so at least there’s that,” Oscar the Grouch’s tweet read.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) slammed the Big Bird tweet as “government propaganda…for your 5 year old,” before adding, “Liberals are weird. They don’t care about open borders. Or rising inflation. Or schools covering up sexual assaults. Or the disaster of Afghanistan. Or tyrannical Dems violating medical privacy & freedom. But criticize Big Bird? And they lose their sh**.”
