Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) won re-election in her close congressional race after her Democrat opponent conceded Friday.

The conservative Colorado representative led by 551 votes in the 3rd Congressional District with most of the votes in, which triggered a recount.
However, Democrat challenger Adam Frisch conceded to Boebert.

“Adam Frisch called me to concede this race,” Boebert tweeted Friday. “I look forward to getting past election season and focusing on conservative governance in the House majority. Time to get to work!”

Frisch made the announcement in a Facebook Live video, noting “the likelihood of this recount changing more than a handful of votes is very small. Very, very small. It’d be disingenuous and unethical for us or any other group to continue to raise false hope and encourage fundraising for a recount.”
He criticized his own party, saying they are losing rural and working-class Americans.
