Former Vice President Joe Biden’s inaugural video town hall event was a complete disaster that ended with him wandering off camera while delivering a rambling answer to a question about endangered species.
The technical gaffes were so terrible the entire event was scrapped after about five minutes.
At one point the vice president was swaying side to side before wandering out of the view of the camera. At that point, producers tossed up a Biden campaign graphic.
“I’m sorry this has been such a disjointed effort here because of the connections. … There’s a lot more to say, but I’ve already probably said too much to you,” Biden said, holding a smartphone in his hand.
