Former President Trump said Monday three of his passports were confiscated by the FBI during the pre-dawn, guns-drawn raid at Mar-a-Lago.
He called it an “assault on a political opponent.”
Without a legal passport, Trump would not be able to travel abroad.
Trump posted the following message on his Truth Social app:
“Wow! In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else,” Trump said. “This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our Country. Third World!”
Rep. Scott Perry, the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus who had his phone seized by the Feds, told the “Todd Starnes Show” Monday that President Biden’s passport should’ve been “confiscated” before he hands us over to the Chinese.
Reports indicate that Trump’s passports include his personal one and a “diplomatic” one given to government officials.
