Former FBI agent Asha Rangappa said chanting, “Let’s go Brandon,” is equivalent to making a terrorist threat.
“As an experiment, I’d love for a Southwest (Airlines) pilot to say, ‘long live ISIS’ before taking off,” she wrote on. Twitter. “My guess is that 1) the plane would be immediately grounded; 2) the pilot fired; and 3) a statement issued by the airline within a matter of hours.”
Rangappa was referring to an incident involving a Southwest Airlines pilot who included the phrase, “Let’s go Brandon,” during an announcement to passengers.
That such intellectual dishonesty would come from a member of the FBI is not all that surprising. These are the same folks who consider moms and dads to be domestic terrorists.
Where was Ms. Rangappa’s outrage when the Biden administration left thousands of Americans stranded behind enemy lines in Afghanistan? Where was her indignation when the president’s policies lead to the slaughter of American service members? Where was her disgust when the White House literally provided hundreds of millions of dollars in military hardware to the Taliban?
The reality is that “Let’s go Brandon” is a patriotic cheer to bring Americans together in the throes of a catastrophic presidency.
“Let’s Go Brandon” is the modern-day equivalent of “Don’t Tread on Me.”
