Kandiss Taylor, a former Georgia gubernatorial candidate, said she was “swatted” Monday night.
The “Jesus, Guns, and Babies” pro-Trump conservative posted a video to Twitter describing the traumatic and “evil” incident at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday morning.
“My children were woken up from their bed. Trauma doesn’t even begin to explain what happened at my house. I have it all on video.
“In my police and Sheriff’s defense, they thought they were protecting me because they had a call, voice to text, a female voice saying that they had shot their husband five times and was going to shoot themselves. So they came with all their weapons, rifles…pointed at my house, ready to shoot if they need to kill me when I open the door.”
Tayor said she was in the shower when her house was swatted.
She said she called the dispatch to find out more and also said she’s had friends who’ve died from getting swatted.
“I’ve had people that were murdered because they stepped out their front door with rifles pointed at that them killed them,” Taylor said. “I’m telling you right now this is wrong. I don’t care what political party you are. This is evil. This is wrong. This is not OK.”

“Whoever made that call to get rifles pointed at my house should be charged with attempted murder,” Taylor tweeted.
