Fox News hosts blasted former President Trump after he gave his former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany a nickname.
Trump took a shot at the “Outnumbered” co-host on Truth Social Tuesday night after she discussed a poll on “Jesse Watters Primetime,” claiming Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is closing in on Trump.
“Kayleigh ‘Milktoast’ McEnany just gave out the wrong poll numbers on FoxNews,” Trump said. “I am 34 points up on DeSanctimonious, not 25 up. While 25 is great, it’s not 34. She knew the number was corrected upwards by the group that did the poll. The RINOS & Globalists can have her. FoxNews should only use REAL Stars!!!”

Fox personalities were quick to defend McEnany, who was initially against Trump in the 2016 election.
“Kayleigh was one of the only voices defending Trump on CNN when he ran in 16. I often disagreed with her, but she was prepared, relentless & unafraid of being heavily outnumbered. She then served Trump as chief spokesperson when he was president,” Guy Benson wrote, insinuating Trump’s attack was a result of her liking DeSantis.
Fox News contributor Marc Thiessen tweeted Trump is “completely unhinged.”
McEnany “was one of the best people to serve in his administration,” he added. “He’s losing control, lashing out at anyone and everyone who does not tow his line. Sad.”
