New York Democrats want to ban Chick-fil-A from rest stops across the Empire State.
Gay lawmakers have launched a petition drive against adding Chick-fil-A restaurants at rest stops along Interstate 90.
The Democrats accused the family-owned fast-food restaurant of giving money to anti-gay Christian ministries like the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Salvation Army.
Chick-fil-A says they do not have a political or social agenda – they just want to serve everyone a delicious chicken sandwich no matter their lot in life.
The truth is that there has never been an instance of a gay person being denied service at any Chick-fil-A restaurant. Period.
There are a number of certainties in life – death, taxes and that a Democrat will get triggered by a delicious chicken sandwich.
