There are growing concerns about the mental capacity of former Vice President Joe Biden following a series of embarrassing gaffes.

On Saturday, Biden told Democrats at a campaign stop in St. Louis that “we can only re-elect Donald Trump.”

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told Fox News Channel’s Jesse Watters says the Democrats are in a tough spot.

“I think that Bernie was so frightening that they picked the man with obvious signs of dementia,” he said. “If you consider what he’s displaying gets worse  What’s he going to be like three years from now? If he doesn’t know what state he’s in and can’t figure out who his wife is?”

Giuliani said Americans are about to make a very important decision – who should be the president of the United States.

“We shouldn’t pussyfoot around this this. The man has something seriously wrong with him,” the former mayor said.
