“Look, the Man Has Dementia.” – Giuliani on Biden
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani accused former Vice President Joe Biden of having mental problems.
“Look, the man has dementia,” Giuliani claimed on Fox & Friends. “There is no doubt about it. I have talked to doctors. I have them look at 100 different tapings of his. Five years ago and today.”
Co-host Steve Doocy interrupted with “The Biden people say he is fine.”
“He can’t recite the pledge of allegiance, and he is fine?” Giuliani continued. “He was in the senate for 160 years? I mean, [Biden] can’t do the prologues to the Constitution of the United States or the Declaration of Independence, any of them? He can’t do numbers. Wow, are the numbers screwed up!”

Actually, Biden said he was in the U.S. Senate for 180 years.
He actually displays symptoms that two gerontologists told me are classic symptoms of middle level dementia,” Giuliani said.
The Fox & Friends hosts immediately cut off the former NYC mayor and tried to change the topic.
“None of us are doctors,” host Steve Doocy said. “That’s just your opinion.” Watch below:
It's kinda nuts Fox & Friends hosts didn't aggressively cut off Rudy Giuliani off as he armchair diagnosed Joe Biden with dementia and accused him of using performance enhancing drugs. You know, lawyer stuff. pic.twitter.com/tHrsR6lsbX— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) September 29, 2020
