A total of 149 House Republicans voted Tuesday to spend $40 billion in tax dollars for Ukraine on a bill that wasn’t debated or read, according to Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX).

Only 57 Republican representatives voted against the bill, meaning about 70 percent of them supported the bill.
