Investigative reporter Sara Carter told the Todd Starnes Radio Show Tuesday John Kerry needs to be investigated for possibly colluding with an “enemy state.”

Kerry, the U.S. special envoy for climate change, is denying reports from Iran that he gave sensitive information about Israel to the Iranians.

In the leaked audio recorded last month, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says Kerry informed him that Israel attacked Iran’s interests in Syria at least 200 times.

“It’s very serious,” Carter said. “There needs to be an absolute investigation. This is collusion with Iran if it’s true.”

Nationally syndicated radio host Todd Starnes agreed, calling it “treasonous behavior.”

The report comes as the Biden administration wants to re-up the Iran nuclear deal that Trump nullified.

“It’s always been their intention to put the olive branch to Iran while basically stomping on our ally, Israel,” she added. “We saw that during the Obama administration. We’re seeing that during the Biden administration. We never saw that under President Trump.”

Carter said if the allegations are true, Kerry should have his security clearances revoked and he should resign from office immediately.
