A stunning new poll illustrates the soaring popularity of former President Trump. Less than a week after he was convicted in a sham hush money trial prosecuted by Democrats, his support has tripled.
A new YouGov poll surveyed Americans on whether or not a convicted felon should be allowed to run for president. Watch my report below on YouTube:
In April only 17 percent of Republicans thought that was a good idea. But in June 58 percent of Republican voters said it was not just a good idea – but an excellent idea.
Meanwhile, a survey conducted by the University of Chicago and obtained exclusively by NPR shows devastating news for President Biden.
His support among younger black, Latino and Asian-American voters is slipping – dramatically.
Trump actually beats Biden among younger Latino and white voters. And he’s gaining ground among black voters.
Meanwhile, voters between the ages of 18-26 are throwing their support behind Trump, 33 percent to 32 percent.
Biden holds a small lead among voters ages 27-40, 34 percent to 30 percent.
The reality is that most voters understand President Trump is a convicted felon in name only. He’s the victim of a political witch hunt.
President Trump is like Road Runner and the Democrats are like Wile E. Coyote. Whenever they think they’ve got President Trump cornered, a giant Acme anvil falls on their heads.
