Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s plan to bus illegals to Washington, D.C. is not a “publicity stunt” as the Biden White House alleged.

Dozens of illegal immigrants arrived blocks from the U.S. Capitol Wednesday morning as part of Abbott’s reaction to President Biden keeping the border open, Fox News reports.

John Roberts, Fox News Channel co-anchor of “America Reports,” shared an image of the first bus on Twitter:

“Texas Governor @GregAbbott_TX carries out his pledge to transport illegal migrants to Washington, DC,” Roberts said. “The bus pulled up right in front of the building that houses @FoxNews , @NBCNews and ⁦@cspan.”

The Texas Division of Emergency Management dispatched the buses over the weekend with the capacity to carry 40 illegals.
