President Trump said former President Barack Obama was a “grossly incompetent” president.
The president’s remarks came one day after Obama slammed Trump during an address to graduates of historically black colleges and universities.
“More than anything this pandemic has fully finally torn back the curtain on the idea that so many of the folks in charge know what they’re doing,” Obama said. “A lot of them aren’t even pretending to be in charge.”
