President Donald Trump is warning more terrorist attacks are likely to occur on American soil after President Joe Biden’s withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan.
Trump slammed Biden for leaving US weapons in the hands of the Taliban during an exclusive interview on The Todd Starnes Monday.
“This is one of the best-outfitted armies in the world because of us. Can you believe this?” Trump told best-selling author Todd Starnes.
Not only has the Taliban seized billions of dollars worth of US weaponry, but the extremist also released thousands of ISIS prisoners, according to the Pentagon.
Starnes asked the President if there would be deadly consequences on US soil because thousands of prisoners are free.
“Terrorists are being dropped all over the world, including our country,” Trump told Starnes. “They are getting on the planes and sending them all over the world. They are smart, they are sharp, they know how to talk. The people who really need help won’t get it.”
He added: “Every time you see a plane land and you have that plane stuffed with people, they have no time to vet, and they cannot vet anyway because in Afghanistan nobody has any information.”
