Former Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard found herself opposite Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) in Ohio’s big Senate race Tuesday.
Gabbard endorsed Republican Senate candidate JD Vance, who is running against Democrat Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH).

“PBS New Hour” anchor Judy Woodruff asked Cheney, vice chair of the Jan. 6 House select committee, if she would vote for Ryan.
“I would,” Cheney said, making Ryan her second Democratic endorsement since losing her GOP primary in Wyoming.

After Cheney endorsed Democrat State Rep. Elissa Slotkin in Michigan’s 7th Congressional District, Gabbard endorsed State Sen. Tom Barrett a few days later.
Since officially announcing her exit from the Democratic Party on Oct. 12, Gabbard has continued to endorse GOP candidates throughout the United States.
“I’m here and really proud to support fellow veteran Tom Barrett, who’s stepping up to serve and lead our country in a time of need in Congress. Having served in Congress for eight years on the Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committees, I know firsthand that a vote for Slotkin is a vote for more war,” Gabbard said in a video provided to Fox News.
In an announcement on Oct. 12, Gabbard announced she could no longer be a part of the Democratic Party saying, “It’s now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers, driven by cowardly wokeness…”
