Chaya Raichik, the creator of the popular Libs of TikTok account, confronted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Capitol Hill.
Raichik served the progressive congresswoman an ethics complaint after she tried to “set the record straight” when AOC lied about her during a committee hearing.
The Heritage Foundation asked the Office of Congressional Ethics to open an investigation into Ocasio-Cortez for “falsely accusing” and “defaming” Raichik.
“I just delivered an ethics complaint to your office because you lied about me in a committee hearing,” Raichik told Ocasio-Cortez.
“Oh, hi, yeah, no,” the “Squad” member responded.
“I never inspired a bomb threat,” Raichik said.
Ocasio-Cortez appeared to be triggered by the Libs of TikTok founder’s comments.
“You’re actually super transphobic and I never want to share a space with you,” Ocasio-Cortez replied before storming off.

In a Heritage Foundation video, Raichik said Ocasio-Cortez lied about her during a Feb. 8 House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing.
“A few weeks ago, AOC lied about me on the House floor,” Raichik said at the start of the video.
Ocasio-Cortez told the public and members of congress that Raichik lied about Boston Children’s Hospital providing gender-affirming hysterectomies to little girls.
“That account posted false information about Boston Children’s Hospital claiming that they were providing hysterectomies to children,” Ocasio-Cortez said of Libs of TikTok.
However, in her post, Raichak provided videos from the hospital’s youtube channel where doctors admitted to providing these surgeries to young girls, per a Fox News report.
Raichik, along with a camera crew, went to Ocasio-Cortez’s office to ask the representative “why she lied.”
The congresswoman appeared not to be in her office at the time of Raichik’s visit.
Raichik decided to leave a sarcastic note on Ocasio-Cortez’s door that read, “Dear AOC. Please don’t lie about American citizens. Love Chaya.”
