Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, a Republican, vetoed a bill that would have prevented children from undergoing chemical castration. The governor says the government has no right to intervene.
“We don’t have to get into every issue,” the governor said.
So, why not allow Arkansas children to drink beer and get tattoos?
He then went on Fox News Channel to defend his heinous decision. This is absolutely shameful.
