Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a very questionable COVID claim Friday during oral arguments against President Biden’s vaccine mandates.
Sotomayor, put on the bench by former President Barack Obama, said over 100,000 children are in “serious condition,” adding “many on ventilators.”
National radio host and best-selling author Todd Starnes called out the liberal justice on Twitter:
“Where is the justice getting her information?” Starnes asked, before checking official government numbers.
According to HHS, the number of pediatric COVID patients across the country are around 3,000.
