Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson defended her judicial record during a Senate confirmation hearing Tuesday on why she gave shorter sentences for child pornography offenders.
Judge Jackson said the guidelines have led to “extreme disparities” because of the shift from child porn being distributed through the mail in previous years to computers now.
