According to the Democrats, everything is infrastructure, and that includes climate change. So since President Biden’s new infrastructure bill “saves the planet,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi argues that in a sense it’s “paid for.”
Last time I checked, money doesn’t grow on trees.
