Joe Biden, the likely Democrat nominee who often tries to present himself as a pragmatic member of his left-leaning party, is simply a “figurehead” in 2020 and –once elected—will gift wrap a progressive agenda for Americans, Robyn Walensky, the radio host, said Friday.
Walensky, the morning show host on Memphis radio station KWAM, told the “Todd Starnes Radio Show” that a vote for Biden is a vote for the “progressive agenda.”

“This election is coming down to one thing: Are you voting for law and order or are you voting for more chaos?” she asked. “Not just chaos, more chaos.”
Protests have erupted over the country over the death of George Floyd in police custody. Democrats have called on defunding or dissolving police departments while President Trump has tried to present himself as the “law and order” candidate.
Todd Starnes, the host of the radio show, said he is getting more concerned about policing in the country and pointed to reports of citizens calling 911 and being told that they’re on their own. He imagined the fallout in the event that an armed law-abiding citizen is confronted by anarchists and acts to protect their families.
Supporters of Trump have criticized him for not doing enough to stop the anarchists. Trump has tweeted that anyone who vandalizes a federal statue faces a stiff prison sentence, but some critics say that actions speak louder than tweets.
“A lot of people out there say that this president needs to play hardball, and he needs to put down the rebellion,” Starnes said.
Walensky said that she believes that Trump wants to play hardball, but he finds himself in a difficult position. “RINOs” in Washington, D.C., have not stood beside him on the issue and the Trump-hating media is just waiting to pounce on an aggressive move by federal troops against violent protesters.
The interview with Walensky was wide-ranging and touched on Biden’s recent interview where he announced that he would mandate that Americans wear masks in public in order to fight the spread of the coronavirus.
“It is all about their agenda and control,” she said. She said the majority of Americans are smart enough to make these decisions on their own.
