DEVELOPING STORY: There are reports of a magnitude 4.3 earthquake rocking Southern California tonight. The quake struck near Carson. There are reports of a possible fire and explosion at a refinery in the area. It is not known at this time if the issue was caused by the earthquake. Our team has posted video below.
UPDATE: The Los Angeles Fire Dept. reports that the refineries were normal flare ups and there was no explosion or fire.
