Tornadoes and severe flooding are threatening much of the New York City area tonight as the remnants of Hurricane Ida blast through the region. In just under an hour nearly 10 inches of rain has fallen. Following are videos from the region. The damage is some areas of Philadelphia, New Jersey and the New York City area is catastrophic.
