The Buffalo Niagara International Airport will not be home to a new Chick-Fil-A after a Democrat lawmaker claimed the Atlanta-based restaurant chain is anti-gay.
Plans were scuttled just 24 hours after the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority had announced their selection of Chick-fil-A.
New York Assemblyman Sean Ryan had raised objections over the restaurant chains values.
“We can’t allow companies who support anti-LGBTQ groups to do business at state owned facilities,” Ryan wrote on his official Facebook page. “Chick-fil-A has a long history of supporting and funding anti-LGBTQ organizations.”
That is a flat-out lie and the assemblyman should know better. But the truth doesn’t matter to anti-Christian bigots like Sean Ryan.
“I don’t believe the leadership of the NFTA intends to help spread hate and discrimination, but allowing a corporation like Chick-fil-A to do business at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport will help to fund continued divisive anti-LGBTQ rhetoric,” he wrote.
The San Antonio City Council recently blocked Chick-fil-A from opening a franchise citing the company’s religious values.
City Councilman Roberto C. Treviño led the charge to block Chick-fil-A from opening a franchise in the airport. He accused the company of having a legacy of anti-LGBTQ behavior.
“With this decision, the City Council reaffirmed the work our city has done to become a champion of equality and inclusion,” Treviño said in a statement. “San Antonio is a city full of compassion, and we don’t have room in our public facilities for a business with a legacy of anti-LGBTQ behavior.”
The lawmakers made their decisions based on a hateful story published by Think Progress, a radical leftwing publication that despises Christians. The story outed several organizations that have benefited from Chick-fil-A’s charitable donations: the Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
I went to medical school in buffalo – where an airline called “People’s Express” used to bring us to NYC for cheap. What has happened? Will people now have to bring Buffalo Chicken Wings with them in takeout boxes onto their flights?

Think Progress accused both groups of being anti-gay because they support traditional marriage and require members to follow the biblical mandates regarding sex.
Folks, there is a raging war against Christians in America and we must stand up and fight back — with righteous ferocity.
A militant mob of anti-Christian bigots wants to shut down every Christian-owned business in America. They want you to renounce your faith and follow their godless agenda. We must resist. And we must fight back.
