Lara Trump: Twitter’s Head of Integrity Hates President Trump

Lara Trump, an adviser on President Trump’s 2020 campaign, told the “Todd Starnes Radio Show” on Thursday that it would be hard to believe a screenplay that features a “fact-checker” at Twitter who holds such a blatant bias against Trump.

“So many things have happened to this president while in office, if you wrote it into a movie script people would say it was impossible,” Trump said. She said it was remarkable that Twitter would have a “fact-checker” who wrote about “Nazis in the White House.”

“I mean, this guy is so far left and hates the president so much, it is absolutely ridiculous,” she said.

Yoel Roth, the “head of site integrity” at the social media giant, claimed the Trump administration were actual Nazis and mocked Middle America for voting for a “racist tangerine.” He likened Kellyanne Conway to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels.

Twitter vice president Brandon Borrman said in a statement, “No one person here is responsible for our polices or enforcement actions. People who decide to target one person for decisions they don’t agree with know damn well what they’re doing.”

Trump said she gives her father-in-law a lot of credit for standing up to the bias and said conservatives, for too long, have been suppressed and silenced on social media.

President Trump on Thursday signed an executive order that targets these tech giants that have been granted liability protection under a statute that claimed these companies are not responsible for most postings. CNBC reported that Attorney General William Barr was at the signing and said the statue “has been stretched way beyond its original intention.

The interview with Lara Trump was wide-ranging. She said Democrats like Rep. Maxine Waters are rightfully worried because Americans see that the president is fighting for them on a daily basis.

Waters recently said that the president’s conduct likely contributed to the death of George Floyd in police custody. Lara Trump slammed the comment as desperate and said the president was swift and clear in his response.

“People are seeing every day why President Donald Trump is the best president we had in modern history and it scares them [Democrats] as they head towards an election because who’s buying Joe Biden for president—I don’t think anyone,” she said.
