THE THIRD HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW:

UPDATES:

2:05pm – White Privileged! A student accepted to Yale University who posted her big news on Facebook wasn’t congratulated — but shamed, for what one critic called her “white privilege.” In a Facebook post cited by the Daily Mail, an unnamed user wrote about her acceptance into the Yale School of Medicine. It wasn’t long before another user, named “Melissa,” said Yale accepted the future student because of her “white privilege.” “Good job, might I add a shout out to your white privilege for you,” Melissa wrote. A back-and-forth ensued on Facebook, with Melissa claiming that the future Yale student was accepted because she comes “from a white privileged background. You make it seem like you did all this yourself, but I’m just keeping things real by giving a nod to your privilege.” But the student who got into the Ivy League school explained that she grew up in foster care after her alcoholic parents gave her up when she was 5 years old. She continued: “I had to take care of my brother for 2 years until we got adopted, and then we were both abused by that family and had to go back into the orphanage for another 2 years.” PLUS: The NAACP issued a travel warning Tuesday for African American travelers to exercise caution when flying on American Airlines.

2:20pm – Shout! Distraught liberals, progressives and Democrats who still can’t deal with the fact that President Trump won the election have some big, noisy plans for the upcoming first anniversary of election, fast approaching on Nov. 8. Those who remain depressed about Mr. Trump’s victory already know what they will do to mark the moment. They plan to scream and holler in the streets. No, really. “Let’s have a primal scream for the current state of our democracy! Gather together after work at Philadelphia’s City Hall, or just scream in solidarity from your own backyard,” advises Philly Up — a grass-roots Philadelphia-based group of feminist progressives — in a spirited public advisory. “Progressives have taken their Trump derangement syndrome to a whole new level. Thousands of anguished liberals in Boston and Philadelphia will be taking part in scream fests on November 8 to commemorate the anniversary of Donald Trump’s election. Liberals in other cities around the country are likely to step up to the crazy plate as well as the big day draws near,” writes Debra Heine, a columnist for PJ Media, and a self-described conservative libertarian. She has been tracking what appears to be a growing wave of angst-ridden, anti-Trump factions who will take to the streets and holler on election anniversary day. A sympathetic and intensely interested news media will no doubt offer plenty of coverage. “Over 4,000 Facebook users in the Boston area have RSVP’d to attend the event they’re calling ‘Scream helplessly at the sky on the anniversary of the election.’ Another 33,000 have expressed interest in attending the event at the 383-year-old Boston Common,” Ms. Heine notes.

2:50pm- Should Christine let Meghan wear a Moana costume for Halloween? Many on the left say no!

THE SECOND HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW:

UPDATES:

1:20pm- Guest: David Limbaugh, A lawyer, columnist, and bestselling author.

1:30pm- What Gives? The controversial dossier containing salacious allegations about President Donald Trump and his possible connections to Russia, including coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, resulted from funding by Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee to the firm Fusion GPS, a source familiar with the situation confirmed to Fox News. Fusion GPS was retained by Marc E. Elias, an attorney representing the DNC and the Clinton campaign, The Washington Post first reported Tuesday. Fusion GPS then reportedly hired former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele to write the now-infamous dossier. Steele had ties both to the U.S. intelligence community and the FBI.

THE FIRST HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW:

UPDATES:

12:05pm- Flakey! U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., facing a tough primary fight, announced Tuesday he will not seek re-election next year — while taking a parting shot on the Senate floor at President Donald Trump for behavior he called “reckless, outrageous, and undignified.” Without mentioning the president by name, Flake accused the Republican Party of having “given in or given up on the core principles in favor of a more viscerally satisfying anger and resentment … but anger and resentment are not a governing philosophy.” Flake has had a tumultuous relationship with the Trump administration. In August, he criticized the president’s immigration policy in a New York Times opinion piece. The president tweeted in response that Flake was “WEAK on borders, crime and a non-factor in the Senate.” Flake, 54, was elected to the Senate in 2012 after 12 years in the House of Representatives. But polls showed him trailing primary challenger Kelli Ward, a former state senator who is backed by former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon.

12:20pm- Question: Is this a win for Trump? Is this draining the swamp? 888-788-9910

12:30pm– Class of 2019? Our next guest says she, “She looks forward to being a part of that class of 2019 who was putting the America First agenda out in the forefront, and a policy that we create to secure the border, to stop illegal immigration, to get rid of Obamacare, to fix the tax code, to grow the economy, and to make sure our military is the strongest in the world so that we have peace through strength” Guest: Dr. Kelli Ward, Arizona Senate Candidate
