A newly installed Muslim lawmaker took the greatest offense — calling the prayer Islamophobic. Democrat leaders said the Christian prayer was beneath the dignity of the statehouse.
But the Mainstream Media conveniently ignored a very important part of the story. It turns out that a few minutes after the Christian prayer, a Muslim cleric rose to deliver an Islamic prayer — in Arabic.
There was no outrage from Democrats or the Mainstream Media.
So why is it permissible for Muslim clerics to pray to Allah, but it’s not acceptable for Christians to pray to Jesus?
