Hello Americans. I’m Todd Starnes with news and commentary next.
Ditto Heads across the fruited plain are mourning the loss of Rush Limbaugh. He died from lung cancer. Rush was 70 years old.
He was born and raised in the Heartland like many other famed conservatives. Paul Harvey. Ronald Reagan.
Rush made his way to KFBK in Sacramento before launching his national show from New York City. Finally settling into his Southern Command in Palm Beach, Florida.
Generations of us grew up listening to Rush. Inspired by his courage. Laughing at his parodies. Reading his books. Educating ourselves at the feet of El Rushbo.
Rush literally paved the way for Fox News Channel – not to mention the man whose presidency made our nation great again.
He really was America’s Anchorman.
We mourn Rush Liimbaugh but we also celebrate – because Rush was a Christian man.
And on Wednesday morning he traded in the golden EIB microphone for a crown of glory.
