Boys and girls in the United Kingdom are being instructed by their teachers that little boys can have periods, the Daily Mail reports.
Brighton & Have City Council states:”‘Trans boys and men and non-binary people may have periods.”
The British school district went to to direct that language about menstruation must be inclusive of ‘all genders’ and ordered that ‘bins for used period products are provided in all toilets’ for children.
Tory MP David Davies called the school lessons absolutely insane.
“earning about periods is already a difficult subject for children that age, so to throw in the idea girls who believe they are boys also have periods will leave them completely confused,” he told the Daily Mail.
Even leading feminists are outraged by the reports that little boys can menstruate.
“To tell impressionable children that boys can also menstruate sidelines girls who should be getting support when they start their periods,” Julie Bindel told the newspaper.
