THE FIRST HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW

12:05pm- Build That Wall! A baby that was injured in a crash involving an ambulance in Winston-Salem has died, according to Winston-Salem police. Police say 27-year-old Jose Duran Romero crashed a Honda Accord into the side of a Mercedes Lifecare Ambulance on southbound U.S. 52 near Liberty Street around 1:15 a.m. Sunday. Both drivers lost control. The ambulance rolled over on its side and the Honda ran off the road. Police say Romero’s blood-alcohol content was at more than twice the legal limit and he didn’t have a driver’s license. Federal authorities also believe Romero was in the country illegally.

12:30pm- Guest: Hogan Gidley, White House Deputy Press Secretary

THE SECOND HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW

1:05pm-  Unusual Note! Two top Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee are questioning former national security adviser Susan Rice about an “unusual” message she sent to herself on Jan 20, 2017 President Trump’s Inauguration Day. Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) questioned Rice about why she sent a note detailing a conversation she observed on Jan. 5 between then-FBI Director James Comey and then-President Barack Obama. “It strikes us as odd that, among your activities in the final moments on the final day of the Obama administration, you would feel the need to send yourself such an unusual email purporting to document a conversation involving President Obama and his interactions with the FBI regarding the Trump/Russia investigation,” they wrote in a letter to Rice.  They said that in the message, Rice noted how Obama repeatedly emphasized during the meeting on Russian election hacking with Comey that he wants every aspect of the issue handled “by the book.” Guest: Jordan Sekulow, executive director American Center for Law and Justice.

1:30pm- Banned! A leadership class at California High School in San Ramon made the decision to no longer include the national anthem as part of the school’s pep rallies, citing racial controversy at a school where vandals had once trashed the bathroom with signs of “whites” and “colored.” The move is an effort to combat racism at the school, but it also has other students upset. Guest: Student Dennis Fiorentinos

1:50pm- Local Tv Station Blames Graphics ‘Mix-Up’ For Confusion Between P.F. Chang’s And Pyeongchang

THE THIRD HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW

2:05pm – Respect? No respect for Mike Pence these days

  • Monday on ABC’s The View, liberal co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin and Joy Behar called Vice President Mike Pence a hypocrite for sitting down while North Korean athletes marched into the stadium at the Olympic Games this weekend. Whoopi complained that Pence didn’t not show North Korea their due “respect,” while Hostin compared Pence’s actions to the NFL anthem protests.
  • The first openly gay U.S. Olympian said Mike Pence is “a bad fit” to lead the U.S. delegation to the 2018 Winter Olympics on Monday, while making an appearance on Ellen. Gus Kenworthy, a freeskier competing in the 2018 winter games, told Ellen DeGeneres that he was confused when it was announced that Pence would be leading the team at the opening ceremonies of the games.
  • Omarosa on Big Brother says Mike Pence is worse than Trump

2:30pm- Last Chance! President Donald Trump warned Democrats Tuesday that it’s now or never when it comes to extending protections for young immigrants living in the country illegally. Trump in an early-morning tweet said Democrats and Republicans must act now to provide legal protections to young “Dreamer” immigrants even as legislation faces an uncertain prospect in Congress. “Wouldn’t it be great if we could finally, after so many years, solve the DACA puzzle,” he wrote, adding: “This will be our last chance, there will never be another opportunity! March 5th.” Trump was referring to a deadline he announced last year to end a program protecting young immigrants from deportation. But a recent court ruling has rendered that deadline all but meaningless. Guest: Congressman Mo Brooks, representing the Fifth District of Alabama

2:50pm- IOC wants Statue of Liberty taken off US goalies’ masks because it’s too political
