Todd Starnes Show – Jan 30
THE FIRST HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW
12:05pm- #Releasethememo The House Intelligence Committee on Monday evening voted to release a classified memo circulating in Congress that purportedly reveals government surveillance abuses. The vote was announced to reporters by California Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the committee, who called it a “very sad day, I think, in the history of this committee.” The motion passed on a party-line basis, he said. President Trump now has five days to decide whether he has any objections before the memo can be publicly released.

SOTU! President Donald Trump nodded to the stakes for his first official State of the Union address, calling it an “important speech” and previewing bipartisan overtures in his remarks on big items, like immigration. The speech will cover “a lot of territory,” Trump told reporters as he finished swearing in his new Health and Human Services secretary, Alex Azar. During the remarks, the president said he’ll tout the “great success” of the stock market and tax cuts passed at the close of the year, but will also make a push on immigration policies, including DACA.
