UFC star Colby Covington called out NBA star Lebron James at UFC 296 media day.
James has been under fire for walking into a basketball arena during the national anthem and sitting down. Critics say his behavior was disrespectful. James was one of the NBA stars who routinely took a knee during the anthem back in the Colin Kaepernick days.
“If you hate America so much and you don’t like the country that gave you a billion dollars, leave it,” Covington said. “Or come and deal with me.”
“Or go to China and go to the sweatshops where you employ all these labourers and use these women and pennies on the dollar to make your millions,” he added.
“F**k you, Luke Dram James. You’re a spineless coward and b***h.”
