The ACLU bowed to the Twitter mob maybe in a way to distract from what ESPN did earlier this week.
Relax Robert Lee, because the latest victim of the PC culture cleansers is an innocent baby.

The ACLU tweeted out a picture of a baby wearing a onesie with the caption “This is the future that ACLU members want.”
And because a few extremist liberals with blue checkmarks next to their names called it racist, even likening it to pro-Nazi propaganda, the ACLU apologized.
The ACLU responded with Kermit the Frog (how creepy can you get?), likening the photo of a white child to “white supremacy”:
The ACLU is supposed to be the non-profit organization that protects and defends the First Amendment. These tweets perfectly sum up what’s wrong with the Left and the online mob in 2017.
The ACLU’s message to America? Free speech and white babies aren’t actually the future we want in America — because somehow that’s Nazi propaganda.
ACLU, you might be suffering from microaggressions, racism, or just plain idiocy. Maybe even a combination of the three — but this is alarming and disgusting.
The PR team at ESPN should send the ACLU a fruit basket — if that’s still politically correct…
But in the meantime, the ACLU could use a simple lesson from Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech:
“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”
Leave it up to the “white supremacists” at the ACLU to judge an innocent child based on the color of their skin.
