Former President Trump called on President Biden to resign from office – in part over his disastrous handling of Afghanistan.
“It is time for Joe Biden to resign in disgrace for what he has allowed to happen to Afghanistan, along with the tremendous surge in COVID, the border catastrophe, the destruction of energy independence, and our crippled economy,” Trump said on Sunday.

“It shouldn’t be a big deal, because he wasn’t elected legitimately in the first place,” he noted.
Biden has been taking a vacation break at Camp David and so far has refused to address the nation regarding the horrific crisis that is unfolding.
CNN reports that Biden is expected to make some sort of statement in the “coming days.”
Last month the president said it was not at all possible that Afghanistan would fall like Vietnam did. Then military leaders said it would take at least 90 days for the Taliban to take Kabul. The Taliban did it in less than three days.
