In yet another crime that could’ve been prevented if America followed their own immigration laws and secured the border, an illegal alien gets a defense attorney in court after seriously injuring a young boy.

Constantino Banda, a 39-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, who has been deported 15 times over the last 15 years is now on trial for allegedly drunk driving and causing a crash that injured a couple and their 6-year-old son – who has severe head and brain injury – as they were driving home from Disneyland, Fox 5 in San Diego reports.
In California illegal aliens are allowed to register and obtain driver’s licenses, and according to Breitbart Texas, nearly 1 million illegals have driver’s licenses, but Banda didn’t have one at the time of the accident.
Banda allegedly ran a stop sign and hit the family while allegedly being drunk, blowing a .08 percent blood-alcohol level, Breitbart reports.
