Shameful Mainstream Media Uses Suffering Texans to Attack Trump

12:20 PM Michael Goodwin, New York Post Columnist:

Goodwin says Tillerson and Cohen went very public with their criticism of the president. “A lot of people in a lot of administrations disagree, but we rarely hear about it in public…this tells me that there’s still something not right in the White House – despite all the changes…”

“This turbulence has to settle down at some point…it undercuts any momentum towards the president’s agenda and lays the groundwork for attacks on his administration…”

“I think the president will find it really difficult to assemble a Republican majority,” Goodwin said of the chaos in the White House.

“It is a fairly slim organization overall…I think Donald Trump was never a true conservative”…but he has picked conservatives like Neil Gorsuch. Like most Americans, he’s hard to label conservative or liberal, Goodwin notes.

“There’s really not a lot getting done” aside from executive orders.

“It’s a battle of competence – of governing – not so much liberal or conservative” in the White House.

“If he’s not happy with his staff, he should make changes, but at some point he has to be happy with his staff.”

“I suspect they don’t feel he’s loyal to them,” Goodwin says of the members of Trump’s staff that are publicly opposing him. “There’s some sense of distrust that’s building.”

12:05 PM Todd Starnes Monologue: What’s the point of voting for Republicans when they govern like Democrats?

HELP VICTIMS OF HURRICANE HARVEY

This is the best way for you to help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Samaritan’s Purse and Southern Baptist Disaster Relief are two organizations that provide physical as well as spiritual assistance to storm victims. You can be guaranteed that every single penny you send will be used to help those in need. These two organizations have my strongest endorsement.
