THE THIRD HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW:

Hillary continues the blame game with her “What Happened” book tour — and two contractors have come forward that the Clinton State Department silenced them — also, we’ve got Grover Norquist, Founder and President of Americans for Tax Reform.

2:05 PM Reform Now! President Donald Trump is pushing lawmakers to “move fast” on a tax overhaul. On Twitter Wednesday, Trump says: “The approval process for the biggest Tax Cut & Tax Reform package in the history of our country will soon begin. Move fast Congress!” Trump had dinner Tuesday with a group of Republican and Democratic senators to talk taxes. The push to overhaul the tax code is a top priority for Trump and Republicans after their effort on health care failed. Trump has been pushing for changes to the tax code to cut corporate and individual rates and simplify the system, but has offered few specifics. White House legislative director Marc Short said Tuesday that principles for the tax overhaul will be released “in a matter of days, not weeks.”

2:15 PM The Other 9-11! Security at the State Department’s Benghazi compound was so dire that another contractor was brought in to clean up the mess just two weeks before the 2012 terror attack – and was later pressured to keep quiet by a government bureaucrat under then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to two men from the American security company. Brad Owens and Jerry Torres, of Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions, say they faced pressure to stay silent and get on the same page with the State Department with regard to the security lapses that led to the deaths of four Americans. Plus: Hillary Clinton seemed to add Benghazi to her already-long list of culprits to blame for her upset loss to Donald Trump last November, on the heels of the five-year anniversary of the terror attack.

2:30 PM Grover Norquist, President, Americans for Tax Reform:

Norquist discussed how the new tax plan will be taking the highest business tax rate in the world from 35 down, and other simplifications.

“This is going to generate the kind of growth that is going to end the kind of lousy growth we’ve had over the last eight years.”

We’re experiencing “French level kinds of growth” right now, Norquist said.

“This tax cut is going to be passed before Thanksgiving…one of the things Republicans know how to do is to cut taxes.”

THE SECOND HOUR OF THE TODD STARNES SHOW:

An ESPN host calls President Trump a white supremacist who is unfit for office. Instead of tossing her out of the building – ESPN gives her a slap on the wrist. Todd says ESPN his hypocritical. They fire conservatives, but embrace liberals.  Call Todd with your opinion 888 788 9910.

1:30 PM What Happened? Hillary Clinton thinks Donald Trump’s Inauguration speech was actually a rallying cry for white nationalists … and she blurted that out on national television. HC was being interviewed by CBS Sunday, reflecting on her election loss (again) when she started describing the conundrum of whether she oughta show to Trump’s Inauguration — y’know, ’cause she lost to him … but is also a former First Lady. That’s when she gets to her “out of body” experience on the platform listening to Trump’s first speech as Prez … which she calls a “cry from the white nationalist gut.” Basically … she thinks Trump squandered an opportunity to unite the country, and instead played to his base with harsh rhetoric … and, apparently, white nationalist sentiments.

RUNDOWN:

12:05 PM My Word! DACA! House Freedom Caucus (HFC) Chairman Mark Meadows said the powerful conservative group is planning to craft a bill aimed at reforming the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initiative. President Donald Trump placed a six month limit in September on the Obama-era executive order, which provides a safeguard for more than 800,000 illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. as children. The measure provides Congress a window to deliver a legislative solution for the program. Meadows told reportersTuesday the HFC is hoping to put together a working group to begin constructing the measure within the week. “We’re actually working on legislation. We obviously have a six-month time frame coming up to deal with DACA, and so it’s better that we put some guys on it to work on — work on legislation instead of just waiting back for something to happen,” Meadows said. The North Carolina Republican said the conservative group is hoping to compose a “multifaceted” plan to deal with immigration-related issues.

12:20 PM Illegal Voting! After months of debate, College Park decided Tuesday evening that non-citizens, who live in town, will be allowed to vote in city elections, according to The Diamondback. The decision came after hours of debate, in which two counter-proposals failed, and dozens of residents spoke in favor and in opposition to the plan. Under the new policy, green-card holders, undocumented immigrants and student-visa holders are all allowed to vote in local elections. The debate first started in June, when the charter change was first introduced. It was then hotly debated at a July public hearing. The issue received national attention, leading to threatening messages being sent to council members. In August, an expected vote on the issue was postponed to this week. Leading up to this vote, hundreds sent in public comment. College Park now joins at least 10 other municipalities in Maryland, which have allowed non-citizen voting in local elections, including Hyatsville, Mount Rainier, Chevy Chase, Glen Echo, and Takoma Park.
